Ladakh Lok Sabha Election Result 2024: In Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir, Independents have stolen the show. Mohmad Haneefa is leading in the lone seat of Ladakh echoes a trend. The six independent candidates are poised to win the Lok Sabha elections in 2023. The jailed pro-Kahlistani leader Amritpal Singh< Sarabjeet Singh Khalsa and son of Beant Singh in the lead.
Ladakh Lok Sabha Election Results 2024
The Bharatiya Janata Party won the Ladakh constituency in the general elections of 2014 and also retained it in 2019. On the other side, Congress has won six seats. But there are many changes in this time of elections.

The independent candidate Mohmad Hneefa has received more than 64,000 votes in comparison to BJP Tashi Gyalson’s 30,643 votes and INC TseringNamgyal’sl’s 35,541 votes.
As per the reports, Ladakh has officially witnessed several street agitations after it was carved out from the erstwhile State of Jammu and Kashmir and also turned into a Union Territory in 2019.
Mohmad Haneefa is leading in Ladakh with 49.17% of voters. The INC Tsering Namgyal trails is leading by 27,000 votes and BJP Tashi Gyalson is leading by 29,000 voters. Reports have shown that around 873 people have voted for the NOTA (none of the above) option.
